At Noha Nadler, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason a customer wants to return an item, we have a simple and straightforward return policy to ensure their satisfaction.

Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received with the tags and/0r dustbag (if provided).It must also be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

Timeframe

Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Items must be postmarked by the 14 day to be eligible for returns. I recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please contact me at Noha@nohanadler.com with questions or concerns. Refunds

Once the item(s) have been returned and inspected, customers will receive a refund to their original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions


Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. I reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
